End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Agreement Overview
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and GK Consulting, LLC (“GK Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the TakeStock software application and associated services (“TakeStock”). By using TakeStock, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
- License Grant
GK Consulting grants you a non-exclusive, limited, and non-transferable license to use TakeStock solely for managing inventory for your business. You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or modify the source code of TakeStock. This license is revocable at any time by GK Consulting.
- User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use TakeStock in a manner that knowingly affects other users or degrades the service provided.
- Subscription and Payment
Your access to TakeStock is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are due as specified upon subscription. GK Consulting reserves the right to cancel your subscription and refund you on a pro-rata basis if your account is terminated due to misuse or legal violations.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with TakeStock are owned by GK Consulting.
- Termination
GK Consulting may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion if it is determined that you are using TakeStock in a manner that degrades the service for others or violates applicable laws.
- Privacy
We collect data necessary for the functioning of TakeStock. Your data is not sold to third parties. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://gkconsulting.dev/privacy/.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this EULA will be settled via arbitration in the state of Colorado, in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
- Miscellaneous
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and GK Consulting regarding TakeStock. If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
